Re-Felted Pool Table

This is a solid, 1 piece, 1.5 inch thick solid slate pool table that I recently helped my in-laws relocate to their lake house.  After taking it all apart and hauling it, we had to cut a 1 foot by 4 foot hole in the wall to get it to go up the stairs since it wouldn't make the bend. Once we got it upstairs and back on its feet, my brother-in-law and I refelted it and put it all back together.

Kitchen Floor and Custom Kitchen Island

This kitchen floor was actually part of the sunroom addition! While tiling the sunroom floor, the client requested that I continue the tile work into the kitchen space. The pictures below show the demolition process of the old laminate floors, as well as the finished floors. The kitchen island in the pictures is also a custom furniture piece I made out of a bedroom dresser.

Lake Deck

This client lives on a lake and wanted an upper deck and ramp to connect to their boat dock. I incorporated locking gates on two sides so the client could keep their pets confined when necessary.

Deck Pergola

The same client who got the sunroom addition also desired a pergola above a portion of their deck. It includes benches for seating and the "ceiling" of the pergola.

Bathroom Remodel

I have begun a bathroom remodel, including total demolition of the old floors, closing in a doorway, replacing all the fixtures (bath, toilet, vanity, etc.), and refinishing the walls. Updates to come as more progress is made! The pictures below show the new tile floor, as well as the new shower floor installed.

Farmhouse Table

I custom built this farmhouse table for my wife. I used reclaimed wood from a torn down chicken house for the top, sanded it smooth, and sealed it for easier cleaning and longer life.

Finished Sunroom!!!

Finally have the sunroom finished! All inspections have been completed, and family dinners have taken over the sunroom! The exposed beams and vaulted beadboard ceiling open up the space and give it a country-rustic look, while the windows let in tons of light and provide views of the surrounding landscape.

Nice BIG wall that I built for a friend's church when they bought their new building.  The wall is 52 feet long and 12 feet high at the highest point.  This will was painted black and now has a stage in front of it.

Sunroom addition project I am working on.  Started by building my foundation and floor, then removed the double windows and installed french doors in their place.  So far it is all framed, roofed, wired, and has windows and doors.  The ceiling is going to be vaulted with the beams exposed and finished.  Then a deck will be added on the side with doors.  I will continue to post pictures as I make progress on this project.

Antique Nutting furniture cart that I bought, cleaned up, and turned into a coffee table.  Had a piece of glass cut for the top, and that's about all I did to it.  I like the worn, used look.

Nifty little drying rack idea I came up with to save space in the laundry room. Folds away flat against the wall when you don't need it.

Living room fireplace face lift.  Custom built-ins and new stone tile surround and hearth, and TV mounted above mantle.
